This residential building is constituted of 47 units of typologies T0 to T3. Destined as a support structure for the Financial City complex, it also comprises shops and restaurants on the ground floor, a kindergarten as well as a swimming pool on the rooftop, offering astonishing views of the bay of Mussulo. The façade is clad in multicolored fiber-cement-panels, as a reference to the colors of the red grounds and natural surroundings.

A fachada é revestida em painéis de fibro-cimento de diversas cores, como referência à cor da terra vermelha e às cores da sua envolvente.
