Urban Plan and residential scheme for the new neighborhood at Gerkens Hof, in a former rural area, in central Germany, giving special attention to solar orientation, traffic flow, energetic efficiency and the design of private and public spaces. The compound is associated to a small commercial area and a separate energy plant.

Plano urbano para uma novo bairro residencial na antiga quinta Gerkens Hof, na Alemanha central. Foi dada especial atenção à orientação solar e eficiência energética das habitações, à circulação viária e pedonal e ao desenho dos espaços urbanos e privados. O conjunto é completado com uma pequena área comercial e uma minicentral eléctrica.
